itself overnight because electronics can't tell when I've fallen asleep.

I just watched Costa Rica and Mexico dual it out in soccer, go 2-2, then do
overtime goals, until the Costa Rican Goalie decided to "dance" like a retard,
instead of block a ball. A single ball- that was all that was needed.
Incompetent goalie, incompetent kicker. Stupid people that lose us the game. I
can only hope now that the US will beat Mexico into submission. -_-

I just finished watching Watchmen again........ Even if Alan Moore hates
adaptations of his work, I still think its a great movie, and it'll be even
better when they finally release the full version on DVD. Yes, I read the comic

I just got on a laptop for the first time in days. Okay, this will be a bit of
a long one, so here we go. I've returned from band camp and traveled north to
get to my sister's wedding on... Saturday? So I got her old laptop, which I'm
planning to pull for parts. Fun times. So when I got the laptop on and
everything, I found out that my sister took off Internet Explorer (yes, I use
IE. I just can't stand Firefox). Then, when I checked my email, I found that I
had 110 FREAKING EMAILS!!!! 81 of these were from the AG forums. I'm never
leaving for three days again!

@ Tom and Xander Good assessment of D&D's evolution but you left out the
original. Congratz and welcome to the fold Tom. And unfortunately Tom, Living
Arcanis isn't a version. Though it does imply 4th edition unless your DM is
continuing a living campaign from a previous edition outside RPGA regulation or
recieved special dispensation. and enough geeking out for me. I just proposed a
plan of action for expediting the production and distribution of the Membership
Cards.

@The Dotw that really nice of you! -- We're making a Found Rising (no idea how
to write that) in my school. We need like 1000 USD to get the materials to make
a small house, and when we get the money we're gonna go to a place where
there's alot of families without home and build it. But we are not alone, just
for that campment there are like 25 groups of people that are rising money.

I've just gone to the most backwoods wedding I've ever been to. I kid you not,
their wedding theme was "hunting" and there was a Jack Daniels wedding cake.
The bridesmaid's dresses and groomsmen's vests had camouflage in them. There
was a mock campfire made of stone and decorative lights at the wedding party's
table. I have to admit I was both shocked and impressed at the amount of detail
involved. Also shelled peanuts at every table FTW.

@brentsmith neither of those movies look promising whatsoever. I've just
collaborated with a friend to make this awesome 80's sounding song in our

months, but I am totally hoping for a produced version of it eventually!!! @Not
IFD Laura : I miss Pushing Daisies!!! What a great show... I guess people just
didn't get into it, or probably didn't know about it I've just spent the
night with a stomach bug Grrrr. 2 hours of sleep and missing a day of work I
needed to catch up. I resolved to finish a new song by the end of the year

Thank you again for your help!! We've been doing working since our Metro
Chicago show in July. I think that's when we first did it. My guess is its the
next song to be demo recorded, then sent out but I can't say so for sure. We'll
probably re-record ALL the original songs, plus a few more we're working on for

I just... (large intake of breath) ...gained employment, had my orientation,
drove to Baltimore - in rush hour (two hours) - to see I Fight
Dragons and man their merch booth, drove back home (only one hour
at 2am), slept for four hours, and had my first eight hour day of work at a
well-known toy store a week before Black Friday. (breathes normally) -X
note-The concert was awesome. And as cool as the band is on the internet, they
are much cooler in person.

@The Dotw: they are technically, but most gas stations are selling off the ones
they have left. And they've modified the Blacks, put them in 12 count packages
and are marketing them as cigars. They're pretty much the same thing and most
people can't tell a difference. I can, but that's cause I'm weird. I've just
realized that yes, I do actually have to get out of bed and off the computer
and go to work. Boo.

@Leys Jef: As a warning, I should let you know that the books and the series
have very little to do with each other. I read all the books; I stopped
watching the series after seven episodes or so. I guess it's a Your Mileage May
Vary type thing, but despite all the problems, I thought the books were much
more entertaining. I've just finished preparing a mini-lecture on some
Romantic poets for the quiz bowl team!

I've just got out of the ER. We were playing soccer in gym and I was the goalie
for our team, I dove for a loose ball and a pretty bulky kid tripped over me
and landed on my head, causing it to slam on the ground. I got up right away
and through my extreme wooziness attempted to stop his shot. I failed. After, I
walked towards the teacher, he told me to take a seat, I sat for a few seconds,
then rested my head in my hand and felt blood. I went to the bathroom, checked
the mirror and had blood running from my eyebrow down to my chin. Went to the
office, called my house like 4 times, no one was home, called my dad's office,
he was out at lunch, somehow remembered my sister's cellphone and got a hold of
her. She got her boyfriend to pick me up, he took me to my mom who was
volunteering at a soup kitchen, she brought me to the ER and I got stitches.

I just got an email that made me incredibly happy. Just two hours ago, my new
speakers shipped out. That means that the rest of my computer order will be
going out fairly soon and be at my house by the end of the week! SQUEE!

I technically came back from it last night but I've just returned from seeing
Weird Al Yankovic for the first time. It was win, there are segways, fat suits,
and lightsabers!!! I mean come on how could it not be awesome

I just got back from glow bowling at which I ran White and Nerdy on the
jukebox. That's kind of the same thing, right?
The saddest part was that they only had about three good artists and about
two good songs between them. Weapon of Choice was played and one of my friends
asked me who Christopher Walken is. I facepalmed.
