well right now i am back to listening to IFD ( I cant stop myself) but I just
bought the Allie Moss "Passerby" EP and finished listening to it. It really
makes me want to go to the Ingrid Michaelson concert in Madison, Wisconsin just
to meet these amazing musicians. I also have been listening to the new Ingrid
CD "Everybody" of course. It sucks that so many musicians overlook Iowa as a
potential touring stop. We do listen to music around here and are more than
receptive to awesome concerts and indie artists. Visit Daytrotter.com for more
information. We should all really see if we can get IFD to play for Daytrotter.
If they do I will force my way into the studios to see them!

@twelvetables despite my fear of being lynched for saying this on a site where
IFD is king, I'd go as far as saying Muse's "Origin of Symmetry" is my all-time
favorite album ever. (If it's any consolation "COOL is just a number" is my all
time favorite NES rock album ever! and so far my favorite album of the year!)

I was reading the previous posts in this thread and am glad to have saw the Ben
Folds/Regina Spektor video directed by Tim and Eric. I just listened to/watched
it and it is amazing. I am now actually listening to the "Why Bother" cover by
IFD but previously I have been listening to William Fitzsimmons. I can not seem to get "Passion Play" out of
my head. William is such an amazing folk artist so if you like the acoustic
alternative genre or just like depressing relationship music you should
definitely check him out.

@Jake @Carlers I saw Cobra at Warped 08. Like, almost RIGHT before Gabe start
acting kinda douchy. from what I hear, He's actually not so douchy anymore, So
I actually look forward to seeing Cobra come May. Currently, I have been
listening to a mix of Coheed, Angels and Airwaves, IFD, The King and The Thief,
Armor for Sleep, and just to twist things up totally, I threw in some Chiodos.
It really is a wonderful mix.

listening to the same song all day that me and my friend are writing for class,
and we don't exactly see eye to eye on lyricism. I think that lyrics don't have
to make sense as long they are relatively good and she thinks that every song
